Terms and Conditions

All live courses are backed with a money-back success guarantee. To qualify for the success guarantee, the following conditions must be met: 

• Complete the Case Study Assignment
• Achieve a minimum score on all simulations (80% overall and 70 in each domain). You can retake as needed.
• Complete all exam-level quizzes
• Complete all on-demand videos 
• Take the live exam within 90 days of the course completion date

If a participant is unsuccessful on the first attempt, he/she can retake the live course at no additional fee. 

The participant will also work one-on-one with the principal trainer via a customer exam readiness plan. 

If the participant fails on the second attempt, the institution will refund 100% of the course fee if all requirements are met. 

For refunds requested by the participant, prior to the course start date, the following conditions apply:

• Participants must request the refund at least 15 days prior to the start date.
• For refunds requested less than 15 days prior to the start date, no refund will be issued, however, the participant is welcome to reschedule their course start date.
• If a participant enrolls in the course less than 15 days from the course start date, no refund will be issued.
• If the participant accesses 10% or more of the on-demand content, no refund will be issued.

On-demand courses and digital products are not eligible for refunds. In some cases, the participant may be able to transfer their enrollment to another product. 

Participants are able to cancel their monthly memberships at any time.

In cases where a participant is unable to attend their scheduled course, he/she may reschedule to the next scheduled course.
