Business Analysis Principles Hands-On

Course Overview:

This is a 60 -hour course designed for those who want HANDS-ON training!!! The content within this course is designed to help business analysis practitioners apply the concepts within the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Guide to real-life scenarios and activities. Whether you are new to business analysis or a seasoned professional, upon completion of this course you will be much more confident in your business analysis capabilities and will increase your business analyst toolkit. Learners will review over 30 business analysis techniques and create 10 key business analyst deliverables for a project case study. This course combines theories and best practices with hands-on practical application, providing the experience of going through an entire project from a business analyst perspective.
